Bioprex’s in-house Quality Control laboratory is well equipped with modern analytical instruments.

The rigorousness of the control procedures in all of our production sites ensure a perfect tractability. The products are also analyzed in order to guarantee the most strict safety and hygiene standards: microbiology, pesticides, heavy metals, GMO status.

Infrastructure
The company has a well equipped manufacturing unit with state-of-the-art technology. Bioprex's Herb extract manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh meet GMP requirements. The various unit operations are carried out using mechanized technology, eliminating human handling operations to a great extent. This ensures uniformity in production, avoid contamination and affirms reproducibility and consistency of products from batch to batch.

The production facility contains adequate numbers of reactors, extractors, distillation vessels, centrifuges, nutsche filters, vacuum driers, fluid bed driers, rapid mixture granulators, sifting, milling and blending equipment. All essential utilities such as DG sets, vacuum pumps, compressed air units, oil-heating systems, are available to accelerate and simplify the process of production.

Exports
With 90% of production exported to North America and Europe Bioprex is well experienced to handle Customs and regulatory issues competently. Our Regulatory and Logistic Experts ensures smooth processing of Export orders within agreed delivery schedule.
